Cancellations:
No shows and customers who are late (our tours leave right on time) will be charged the full price.
Customers will receive a full refund within 72 hours in case of the operator (Wheels on Rails) cancels due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances.
The operator reserves the right to cancel or delay due to weather conditions, however, we typically run rain or shine.
You can choose to move your booking to a future date with notice of 14 days or more. Your payment will be forfeited if you cancel your tour within 7 days of your scheduled date, but only if we are unable to book a new tour in your place.
