Cancellations:
No shows and customers who are late (our tours leave right on time) will be charged the full price.
Customers will receive a full refund within 72 hours in case of the operator (Wheels on Rails) cancels due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances.
The operator reserves the right to cancel or delay due to weather conditions, however, we typically run rain or shine.
We do not give refunds for cancellations of any sort due to it being such a high demanding activity this year. We do have an option to purchase cancellation protection when scheduling your tour, which allows you to get a full refund before 72 hours of your scheduled trip. Feel free to give email us at least 2 weeks prior to your scheduled trip to reschedule.
